Day 1: Arrival Nairobi
You will be met at the International Airport of Nairobi by your Driver/Guide and our representative and taken to your hotel, the traditional Norfolk Hotel for an overnight

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
An early morning breakfast and later head to Lake Nakuru. You will arrive there at lunch time. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park provides a sanctuary for the rhino. Lake Nakuru has always been considered a flamingo lake par excellence... Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (FB)

Day 3: Head to Masaai Mara
After breakfast, drive towards Masai Mara - the land of vast migrating herds. Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to get a closer look at the Mara. Return to an archetypal Mara Lodge / tented camp for sundowners, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Game Drives
Full day game drives to absorb the enormity of the Mara. In this country of breathtaking vistas, view its vast assemblages of plains game together with their associated predators: Buffalo, Black Rhino, Hippopotamus, Leopard, Cheetah, Common Zebra, Coke's Hartebeest, White bearded Gnu, Oribi, Warthog, and Thompson's and Grant's Gazelles. Overnight stay at the Mara Sopa Lodge or Mara Serena Safari Lodge (FB)

Day 5: Nairobi - Arusha
Return to Nairobi and then head for Arusha, the base for safaris in the northern circuit of Tanzania. It is a quaint town located at the base of Mt Meru and in Tanzania's vast coffee growing highlands. Overnight at any preferred lodge.

Day 6: Head to Lake Manyara National Park
Drive towards Lake Manyara National Park to see the tree-climbing lions. Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you will carry out a game drive and such animals like the elephants and hippo will be seen. Bird life, both resident and migratory, is prominent in the Park. At certain times of the year the lake is home to thousands of flamingoes. Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge (FB)

Day 7: Drive to Serengeti Plains
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti Plains, the most famous of Tanzania's National Parks. It is most well-known for the annual migration which takes place across the great savannah plains. Arrive at a luxurious lodge in time for lunch and after have a game drive and then return to the lodge for relaxation. Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge or Serengeti Sopa Lodge (FB)

Day 8: Game Drives
An early morning game drive. Look out for the leopard along the riverine forest and witness the vast herds of plain animals. Lion and cheetah may also be spotted lurking around the many kopjes' in the area. You will return to the Lodge for a later breakfast and relax. After lunch, head back for another game drive. Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge or Serengeti Sopa Lodge (FB)

Day 9: Enroute to Ngorongoro
After breakfast, drive towards Ngorongoro. You will have a stop over at the archaeological site of Olduvai Gorge - "the Cradle of Mankind". Here, Mary and Louis Leakey found fossilized remains of man's oldest ancestors. Proceed later to Ngorongoro, arriving at a strategically located lodge, on the rim of the crater with magnificent views. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge or Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (FB)

Day 10: Game Drive
After an early morning breakfast you will descend into the crater for a full day game viewing with lunch boxes en-route. Ngorongoro crater is referred by many people as "eighth wonder of the world". The crater walls are 2000ft high and the floor spreads for 102sq miles, a truly awesome sight. It contains a river, several swamps, and a lake-complete with flamingoes, a forest and open plains.

A virtual "Noah's Ark", the crater is home to almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa which include, gazelle, elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, rhino, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra and numerous hippo. Eagles, cranes, storks and hundred of other birds also inhabit this spectacular area. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge or Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (FB)

Day 11 Ngorongoro - Lake Manyara
In the morning you drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty with lush vegetation and tropical forests of giant fig and mahogany trees. Lots of elephants, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and a variety of antelope inhabit the park as well as a variety of monkeys and a large population of hippos. If you are lucky you may see the Manyara lions, well known for their tree climbing habits, lazily resting on the branches of an "Acacia tortilis" tree. The birdlife is also abundant, with flamingoes, pelicans, hornbills and plenty of forest species. Overnight at E Unoto Retreat at Lake Manyara (FB)
